      How to create a support ticket?

      Quick tips on kicking off the support engine.

      1. Start by creating an email to send to Support@HydroStudios.com OR go to https://www.hydrostudios.com/support to submit a support ticket online.
      2. In the support ticket, please include as much as detail on the issue
      3. Send the email or press submit
      4. Look for an automatic email response that your ticket has been created. If you don't see the email, look in your spam, junk mail or clutter folder, once found make sure to add the email address as a trusted email sender or not junk.
